What is 8 Step Praying Mantis Kung Fu?
(Pronounced Ba Bu Tong Long Chuan in Chinese.)
The system of 8 Step Praying Mantis utilizes punching,
kicking, throws, joint locks, and pressure points, as
well as the internal arts of Tai Chi Ch'uan.
8 Step was created towards the end of the Ching
Dynasty (1644 -1912 AD) by Chiang Hui Long, a well
known master of 7 Star Praying Mantis Kung Fu.
